Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bloom Nursery. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we will work with you to make it right.
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can replace it or issue a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on clearance or sale items.
